Bimber, the London distillery highly regarded among whisky collectors, pays tribute in its Shoulders of Giants series to the minds whose ideas shaped the modern world. This Hungary Exclusive honours Ányos Jedlik, the Benedictine priest and physicist behind the dynamo principle, whose work laid the foundations of Hungary’s beloved soda-water culture. Only 256 bottles made.
